Before I paid Jason I said what I wanted he never filed any paper work till the day I filed him. I want a refund of my money taken from my account. He told me with his own mouth 1 thing and I have witnesses and now it's completely something else. He waited 3 months to file paper work that should have been filed when I hired him. Mr. ********************** was the best attorney I've ever had. He resolved our messy divorce case with care and consideration, and we really appreciate him for restoring our family!
I hired him for a custody case. He filed the case for a divorce, I had already been divorced for 2 years at this point. Horrible communication. He didn't do any investigation for my case, showed up with nothing to court. Didn't even cross examine my ex. The judge threw out the case and I was out my time and thousands of dollars.

This is an inaccurate statement of the case. The judge dismissed the case because this client lacked sufficient evidence to prove her case. I can argue a case, but I cannot create evidence when none exists. This is precisely why all clients should be completely honest with their attorneys from the beginning. Go elsewhere! This lawyer is unethical, rude and borderline incompetent. Please! Avoid him at all costs. He's demanding $295 for providing me my case file. Per his email I'm to "pay it or never contact me again." He threatened to block my email. Did nothing for my case.
