hey’re extremely unprofessional. They don’t answer the phone for customers and don’t provide any information about the status of their cars. A friend of mine’s car has been with them for almost two months, and she hasn’t received any information at all, even though they promised to call her back with updates. When she calls them, she gets a bunch of excuses about why her vehicle isn’t being worked on yet.
Andrew and his team are top notch. Willing to work with you and educate you. There seems to be no job big or small. They break it down for you. Honest, Transparent and Professional. No pushy business tactics like your box chain shops.
