1st visit was very pleasant. I loved the location and professionalism of the entire staff. Location is on the south side 12 minutes away. Dr. Gillespie seemed informative and knowledgeable in her field Glad to have met her and the Southern Pearl team.
I can’t say enough great things about this office. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient. My child was a little nervous, but they made the experience smooth and stress-free. The dental team took the time to explain everything in a way that was comforting and easy to understand. This was the worst experience. I just moved to Hampton and needed to schedule my regular 6mos check-up and cleaning. I scheduled, but when I arrived, they only did the check-up (x-rays) but said they did not have time to do the cleaning. So, even though I requested to go in work late so i could make this appointment, I had to find time to go back for a 2nd visit to do the cleaning.
