Highly recommend! Great bed side manners, IV was done great. Went above and beyond even arriving at the hospital, the bed hadn’t been cleaned and medics cleaned the bed and found sheets to put on it. You guys were a real life saver! Thank you for serving our community!
Will NEVER call them again!! My brother called them for our dad...The female attendant, last name Goodson ( I believe) was so very rude and non professional! I have been a nurse 38 years and never in my life have I seen someone so uncaring!! The EMT apologized for her behavior, he actually wanted to do more but was not able to!!! Then when we got to NEA she lied about the run..We obtained copies of her written report and compared them to what she had told us and the doctors..From now on, we will call Medic One..Or first resp... read more
