Hands down the best pool building experience! We started the process in August 2021 and were swimming by March 2022! Marcus and his team were very responsive, extremely helpful and honest throughout the entire process. Pool building can be daunting and expensive but we didn't have any issues. Bought a home where this company built the pool 4 years ago. Drains were done improperly and were leaking requiring $3500 in repairs. Of course no warranty due to a home owner change. The water heater also has issue and they wont transfer warranty to new home owners. Perhaps they make a nice pool from all the recent reviews (or they made those reviews themselves), but expect to pay to rebuild it from their shoddy work over the next few years.
We had a great experience with Southern Paradise Pool and Spa. Our inground pool was completed in about 9 weeks and the process was smooth from start to finish. All contractors showed up on time, were very professional, and the communication was excellent throughout the entire build. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer service.
Marcus and Southern Paradise Pools came as a recommendation after a miserable experience with a different builder for my first pool.
