I contacted the company and a representative named Aaron reached out a week later. Great experience working with Marcus and the team at southern paradise pools and spas out of Clermont! They bid 6 weeks to complete our job which was a pretty hefty renovation. All my other quotes were on the order of 4 months and more so I was certainly curious to see how they'd do. Sure enough they got the job completed a few days shy of 6 weeks. I recently had the pleasure of working with Southern Paradise Pools & Spa for the installation of our new pool, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient, taking only three months for the pool to be completed, which exceeded our expectations. "Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service at Southern Paradise. Over the past several weeks, I've submitted multiple online contact request forms, left multiple messages and tried calling numerous times, but no one ever answers or returns my calls. It's frustrating to be completely ignored when trying to reach a business. Very unprofessional.
