I recently had the pleasure of working with Southern Paradise Pools & Spa for the installation of our new pool, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient, taking only three months for the pool to be completed, which exceeded our expectations. "Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service at Southern Paradise. Over the past several weeks, I've submitted multiple online contact request forms, left multiple messages and tried calling numerous times, but no one ever answers or returns my calls. It's frustrating to be completely ignored when trying to reach a business. Very unprofessional.
RAVE -Southern Paradise Pools and Spa !!!!!!!! Wow! Built a pool over 2 years ago with them. We had an exceptional experience. Best price, Best quality and excellent communication. I emailed 2 days ago with a concern. Came out today with smiles and kindness and replaced a part. No problems and no questions. This is family owned and run and they treat us like family ! If you need a pool built I encourage you to use this company. Best decision made! Burks Family
We are having issues with our salt cell system. We have left multiple messages simply asking for information regarding who to contact about this issue as it is still under warranty. It is not surprising that no phone calls or emails have been responded to. It’s a shame, we have friends and neighbors asking who installed our pool and we are still directing them to use ANYONE other than this company. They must be pretty busy as they do not really care about bad reviews or not getting referrals.
There are so many amazing things to say about this company (professional, helpful, skilled, and hardworking) I don’t think I can fit them all in one review! We couldn’t be more thrilled with how our pool turned out and the service we received throughout the entire project. Thank you, Southern Paradise, we absolutely love our pool remodel and can’t wait to enjoy it! Attached is a before and after picture and our new beautiful pool!
