VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! We just applied. The lady charges us $130 BEFORE she sent us the application and then when you submit the application, they charge you another $100. One week and $230 later no response. We have been calling them and have been leaving them voicemails. They are fraud. They deserve to be sued to fraudulently robbing people like this. If they don't return my money, I am going to get legal authorities involved.
Just starting move in and so far so good - unit is brand new with fantastic appliances and even has a storage shed. Miguel from maintenance was so fast to respond to a maintenance request - I could not believe how fast the response time was.
