We had an amazing 3 day kayak trip on the Suwanee River in April with Southern Paddling Guides. We saw beautiful springs; many, many turtles, lots of different birds and just so enjoyed being out in the beautiful and unique natural area. Dale was the very best guide we could ever have hoped for. His patience and help with two old, inexperienced paddlers was non-ending. And his knowledge of the river and wildlife was outstanding. Super awesome 5 day trip on the Suwannee celebrating our 40th anniversary! Dale’s knowledge, expertise, and support both before and during the trip was very helpful. When we returned our vehicle had a flat tire and Dale even helped my husband change it and provided the tool to do it. I’d say that’s going over, above, and beyond! Hope you enjoyed your shoo fly pie!
My husband and I had a very good experience with or Southern Paddling Guide Dale! We did a hike on the Florida Suwannee river trail and he drove us from the end of the trail where we parked our truck to the beginning of the trail. While we were hiking he kept track of us via text when we had coverage, and encouraged us as well as gave us suggestions, weather updates and helpful tips.
