On September 11th I purchased a pistol with an inferior finished on it I returned looking to get the issue resolved and the best solution they can offer was to send the gun back to Smith and Wesson leaving me with nothing for 6 to 8 weeks after me giving them almost $700. of my hard earned money to purchase a Brand new gun at Brand new gun price and then some only to find that some of the guns parts look as if it was used . Went in with my grandfather and we had someone help us find something he was looking for. After 30 mins of explaining what it was we were looking for and the guy looking on the computer for it my grandfather told him we would just check back because they had people In line to check out. As we were walking out of the door the guy had very rude comments towards my grandfather. Thankfully my grandfather did not hear them being he does not hear well but my husband and I did!
Southern Outdoor Sports of Dothan is absolutely the best between Auburn and Panama City!!! They are extremely well stocked with anything you could possibly need regarding hunting and fishing!!! They even have Big Geen Eggs to grill your catch!!! You won't find a more knowledgeable staff anywhere!!!
