Maybe it is just because I am on OHP, maybe it is because I have complex health problems that can’t be easily diagnosed or treated, but I am shown so little compassion and care at this office. Even the receptionist is rude. My doctor has repeatedly gaslit, dismissed, and written me off for raising concerns about my health. I’ve been seeing this doctor for a couple of years, and she has yet to take my concerns seriously. I’m sick of being treated like a pain rather than with compassion and curiosity. I am amazed at how ineffective leaving a voicemail with front reception is. More than once I have a message and have never received a call back. Very frustrating.
I was very impressed with my visit here. DR Rawle Watkins was very knowledgeable and took the time to make out a plan for better health. A++.
