Terrible clinic. I waited an entire 6 months for an appointment. The doctor apparently quit. Now they cancelled my appointment, and won’t give me another- they claim “in order to provide excellent care, we need doctors and staff to do so”. Meanwhile, I have chronic medical issues , and am being denied care. This is the 2nd time they have made me wait MONTHS only to cancel an appointment. Complaints made with OHP and the medical board. OMG, I can't believe it. This place is a sham. I began counseling with Molly, four weeks ago, with an agreement to meet once a week. So the front desk set up five weeks with me beginning July 27th, so after today, my fourth visit, I knew to schedule for September.
