They do not answer the phone! Hard to work with a company you can't get in touch with about trash pick up.

I give them zero stars. They cut you off if you’re late and don’t let you know until after the fact, and then they charge you a fee even though the bins have not been picked up. The only thing they’ve done is canceled your service. It’s a scam they run to take an additional $25 from you anytime you goof I’m sure I’m not the only one that sometimes doesn’t pay on time.
