I have an active warrant because there was a slight miscommunication with my attorney John Kaplan and after that he wouldn’t return my calls/emails, he missed three appointments and didn’t go to court, so I got a failure to appear. Today I had the worst experience I have ever encountered while speaking to a representative from your office. I believe her name was Elsa.. She would not let me talk, she talked over me trying to explain a situation and was extremely rude. I was astonish that she was still employed by a public office and allowed to speak to people in such a way.
