Receptionist Elsa is absolutely disrespectful & has a disgusting attitude. Ask me why I was venting on the phone when I was just stating I was returning calls to my attorney & was told I would receive contact by the end of the week the previous week. She snapped at me that I had 2 options. Make an appointment or get sent to voicemail. When I asked her name she spelled it out to me & talked super slow, but loud & assertive like I was a child. I had a PD from here named Jason Caplan (or Kaplan). Worst attorney EVER! Stay away from him.
Greta Lilly seems like a good straightforward young woman that wants to do people good, my son has her as his attorney and hope everything turns out well, we will soon see how much of a fighter she is but I'm guessing she'll do pretty good. well Greta pretty much screwed my son in his case, she caved in to DHS and doomed my son, she's not the fighter i thought she would be. She's limited by the system And not the fighter I thought she would be. But she does try.
I have an active warrant because there was a slight miscommunication with my attorney John Kaplan and after that he wouldn’t return my calls/emails, he missed three appointments and didn’t go to court, so I got a failure to appear. JOHN KAPLAN, THE ATTORNEY, GOT ME AN EXTRA CHARGE. Elsa was supposed to put me on the docket and failed to do so. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my entire life.
