I called them for information on what type of care they would preform for my mother and after a short conversation of her explaining what they offer, she asked where we live I told her my town (30 miles away) and she said and I quote “oh honey that’s too far for us good luck” and hung up the phone! I’m glad we don’t live closer I might’ve made the mistake of hiring this company. I’d say that’s pretty bad customer service to just hang up I’d hate to see what quality of care they give the patient.
I was in need of some assistance for my mother, I had used other agencies in the area in the past but was never completely happy with the level of service. A co-worker of mine recommended Southern Oregon In-Home care and the difference was like night and day. The quality care, compassion and professionalism was exactly what I was looking for, highly recommend them.
