Spoke with the gentleman. Was very helpful and polite. Even though it was clear this job is not something he would be able to take himself he still Took the time to hear what I needed and refer me over to someone else. Which is more than I've gotten from a lot of people. If I need work done in the future I will definitely be reaching back out
