Victor is a friend who has worked on my vehicle before so I had no trust issues whatsoever about having the work done there. Freddie, the owner, is why i will never go back here and will go out of my way to tell everyone not to go to this place, and explain in great detail as to why. His customer service after an issue arose is what permanently changed my feelings for his shop. How he handled it is actually more frustrating and maddening than the complaint itself.
