Trying now to reach out on a Google review considering this shop has now had my car for a year and a half and now I haven't gotten a response in weeks. And apparently my vehicle is at an employee's home now.

AVOID THIS SHOP, you have been warned! Valve repair was performed. I initially just wanted a quote for service, but the time I got the quote, the engine was in pieces. I decided to stick with them for the repair, and that was a mistake. There was a serious lack of communication, lack of organization, lack of professionalism, and lack of quality. Wow. I'm relatively new to the area and needed a full engine repair, a beast of a job. I called like 20 places and Steve at SOCA quoted me at literally half of what everyone else did. I've gotten my breaks and rotors done, my windows and power locks, tune ups. And even had my transmission mount fixed, all thanks to the hard workers of southern Oregon custom automotive. All of my expectations were met. It feels good knowing I have a mechanic I can trust.
