After having worked in this department as a job Coach I and II. It is obvious that this company cares only about its status as a nonprofit within Oregon. As well as hoarding special needs individuals into this program with no plan to integrate them into the community. This company is exploiting the hard work of these disabled individuals to profit for the company under the guise that they are helping them find community employment.
