Can I give S.O.A.P a 0-Star? Devon cut our pond liner too short as it was being installed. Tried to "weld it together" with roofing tar? and a couple of other things nothing worked. Now won't return messages or calls. Returns our letters. Filed a complaint with the Landscape Contractors Board. S.O.A.P does not have a LCB license. According to our letter from the Landscape Contractors Board he is in violation of ORS 671.530(3) for working without a license. Guess it's time to hire an attorney. I was a long time customer when Devon Gro was owner/operator and helped get his business off and running. Devin was referred to me by Frog Prince. After 5 years he could not return texts or messages to complete my water features he built and never worked correctly. Devon was to return the following month and 9 months later he returned, only. to. go M.I.A. again and then I found Devon then sold his business. The guys at S.O.A.P. did a fantastic job! They came to our house, dismantled the old pond, replaced the parts that needed replacing, pressured washed everything, re-assembled the pond, filled it up and had it back up and running all in under 3 hours. Plus, they did a really nice job cleaning up after themselves. Easy to work with and very friendly. Kirk & Rhonda
