I wish I was able to give this zero Stars. My mother went there and saw doctor Raj. He had absolutely no clue couldn't even pronounce the medication and had to look it up when I asked about side effects. I can do Google myself. He then said he was going to confer with Dr Mitchell, and left the room. We never heard anything back till we had a call from the chemotherapy Clinic to schedule an appointment. Excellent experience here, everyone goes above and beyond in my care. I could not imagine going anywhere else for chemotherapy. Dr Mitchell is the absolute best ever, very kind and knowledgeable in his expertise field of oncology. We are treated like part of the family and they always look out for you trying to make you more comfortable.
I am a family medicine physician who started sending patients to Dr. Mitchell and his team. I need to brag on them. The word “cancer” as a possibility (or fact) is scary. The promptness of the referral process is impressive and the patient experience feedback is always 10/10 regarding the time and effort they put forth. I am grateful to have them expanding to the Hickory area.
As a retired nurse, it's so easy for your knowledge to become of non-effect when the patient is you! I'm so Thankful and Blessed to have Dr. Mitchell navigating my Stage IV Breast Cancer journey.
