My mom got a referral up here from good shepard, it has been 5-7 weeks and no call backs from this place. I don't know when we can even set up an appointment no one calls back.
i can’t get anybody on the phone they got my referral over a month ago i’ve left several messages no call back i’m going to go up there this is extremely ridiculous they don’t turn phone calls or anything so unprofessional.
