This place is the most unprofessional place I have ever called. You wait 30 minutes to speak to someone then they answer the phone and put you on mute. They are hoping you disconnect but this is the oldest trick in the book and I flat out told them im not disconnecting. So they put me back on hold for 10 more min and kept clicking on the line to clear their 2 min mark. After 10 min they get back on the line and just on mute. This place has shady billing practices. They sent me a bill yet I have never set foot at their laboratory. This was for something 100% covered by my insurance and they claim they resubmitted the claim. I will be instructing my provider not to send my lab work to this place again
Add to me the list of Impossible to get Billing Errors Resolved. I was billed a 2nd time for a service I had paid. I have proof of payment from the bank it's in SOPCs account. Calls to Customer Service say they need proof. (Try to find an email contact on their website or Personapay). No email offered, please send a FAX. After finding a working FAX, multiple calls go unanswered. This business is possibly real, but it's absolutely FRAUDULENT. Shame on Tri-Health for using them.
