Add to me the list of Impossible to get Billing Errors Resolved. I was billed a 2nd time for a service I had paid. I have proof of payment from the bank it's in SOPCs account. Calls to Customer Service say they need proof. (Try to find an email contact on their website or Personapay). No email offered, please send a FAX. After finding a working FAX, multiple calls go unanswered. This business is possibly real, but it's absolutely FRAUDULENT. Shame on Tri-Health for using them. Received a bill for a hospital I was never treated at and a doctor I've never seen.
Received a bill from them 5 months after my service. They asked me to give them my insurance information multiple times because "they tried to contact my insurance repeatedly and my insurance ignored them" (this is untrue). Turns out they had "my insurance number written down wrong" and yet I was able to send them the EOB addressed to Southern Ohio, from my insurance. Fax didn't work, had to upload documentation to a random bit.ly link. I don't even know if it was a secure page. Bunch of racket. Seems like they make you jump... read more
