Continued billing issues. Every statement says they don’t have my insurance information. Then you have to call during their business hours to give them your insurance. They don’t submit to insurance (confirmed with my insurance company). Then they send repeated texts and emails that your statements are past due. I left Trihealth because of this.
Sent me a bill, with my name on it for labs that were not even mine... they were my toddlers...saying it wasn't covered by insurance. We have Medicaid, we don't pay anything out of pocket. They're calling not just me several times a day but they're also calling my fiance too. I never gave authorization for this company to have any of our information. I smell a lawsuit coming.
All of you stating how difficult these people are to deal with and to the ones who have actually paid them money. This place is a scam! It is not real. They take your information and try to make it look like an actual bill but it is NOT legitimate. You are GIVING money away!
Just awful to work with on billing. They say I owe on a routine preventive appointment. My insurance says they billed incorrectly. They say they billed correctly and refuse to resubmit using preventative code. I will make sure whichever Dr I see going forward is not using them.
This is obviously some kind of scam? I'm retired and on Medicare. I don't pay for my medical treatment. Yet these people are sending me bills via text. My insurance company knows nothing about it.
