Left my 81 year old mother sitting in waiting room for almost 4 hours only to find out they’d marked her as a no show! They’d already taken all of her info including insurance, driver’s license, & copay! Finally after 4 hours I went to look for someone & found office girls had left! My other can barely walk or breathe & it’s a hardship for her to go anywhere! Wasted day!!! Girl at desk was too busy showing coworkers pictures of her puppies to do her job!
