They took such good care of me when I was 25 and had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. I’m 44 now! The bad reviews I’m seeing are mostly billing issues. That’s a shame and should be separate.
DR. NAVILO IS VERY NICE AND DID AN AMAZING JOB ON MY EXTRACTION. HOWEVER, HIS OFFICE STAFF, THE ANETHETIST WERE EXTREMELY UNCARING, HORRIBLE, PUSHY, AND WERE FORCING ME UP AFTER GENERAL ANESTHESIA, WHICH I'M EXTREMELY SENSITIVE TO BECAUSE I AM NOT USED TO ANY RX DRUGS IN MY SYSTEM. THE ANESTHESIA TOOK A WEIRD TOLL ON MY BODY, I ENDED UP IN ER ADMITTED FOR 1.5 DAYS FROM THIS I BEGGED THOSE NURSES TO LEAVE ME LAY FOR 10 MINS FOLLOWING MY EXTRACTION. THEY KEPT SAYING NO... I am Robert Amon, husband of Carolyn Amon. Dr. Navilio extracted a crumbling wisdom tooth of mine - (#1) right upper - no easy task! The tooth had roots going into my sinus cavity. Navilio and his staff are total professionals. At no time did I experience any pain, infection, complications or even loss of sleep. Dr. Neville and his entire staff were wonderful to deal with during my son’s recent oral surgery. I’ll be honest, I don’t understand all of these terrible reviews as my son’s bill was almost $5000 less after insurance (Delta dental & BCBS) than our original quote. They were honest and upfront since day one when he had his consult on March 27th and surgery was yesterday April 25th. Got mouth surgery here just for the problem to come back 2 weeks later.. couldnt get a straight answer from the doctor why it came back other then “well you must have bit your mouth in your sleep” or “well i got it all the first time”. After paying $500 out of pocket which they were supposed to reimburse and they did not. And still are trying to collect $54 from me months later after a botched surgery.
