I can’t say enough good things about Southern Ocean Center! From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, compassionate, and professional. The physical and occupational therapy team worked hard to create a personalized plan, and we saw a real improvement every week. The facility itself is cleaned and well maintained. The communication with the family was excellent. As a family, we always felt informed and involved in the care process. Mom is home now and we are so grateful for all the care received.

My mother was at Genesis for 2 weeks and without a doubt it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in we felt the caring environment and helpful team. What stood out for us, was you could ask anyone a question or have a request and no matter what it was they would help. I would highly recommended Genesis to anyone who cares about their family member that needs support.

Patty and Jeannette in Admissions were extremely helpful. They made a difficult transfer as easy as possible for our family. The Staff has been very friendly and welcoming. First impressions have been great. The hallways look and smell clean, which has not been my experience in other facilities.

As a medical transport driver I go to many facilities in the area and I must say Genesis is one of the better ones. always welcoming, patients are happy, friendly staff willing to help, clean and no odors
