It’s been a while but I just saw a post on social media by another client who felt like this attorney did not advocate for them in a custody matter. When my husband hired this firm in a custody matter, the attorney showed up, charged, got paid. He never advocated though. We experienced him to be very passive and whatever the judge came up with after the other party’s attorney had advocated for their client, this attorney went with. If you are looking for a passive attorney, this is your guy.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like people should know about my experience. This office did not represent me for child support, yet they still charged me $300 just to mail court documents that I had already been served by the sheriff. When they did represent me at a hearing, I honestly felt like I was in there alone. Key evidence I provided was never brought up to the Hearing Officer, and it made a real difference in my case. I worked with Logan and Rachel here at Southern Oaks. Overpriced and they were unfriendly people to work with. Would not recommend.
