This place is a DISASTER! Totally overbooked - it's a veterinary assembly line. My kitten does not belong in factory - not a single person was affectionate or made comments.. 4 o'clock appointment for 2 freaking shots. Sat unil 4:35 before I got called in with a tech, not the vet. Constantly having to say no to additional services. Finally got the shots at 4:55.
