Horrible experience, completely unprofessional. Applied for insurance a month prior to my closing date. Sent them the requested 4 point inspection, they said they needed a full roof picture (not required on a 4 point). Sent them a drone shot of the full roof, said they needed to be able to see each and every tile to see if it had cracks. They ran me right up to my closing date and had no intention of writing a policy. Why not just say so? I'm exploring legal action, stay away from these unprofessional jerks.
