SNH Speech Therapy & Learning Center has been an absolute Godsend to our son, Keegan, and our entire family. We are incredibly grateful for the care, expertise, and compassion this team provides. This facility was recommended to me by a BCBA. The first time I did an intake and then never heard back to set up my son’s sessions. I called the scheduling supervisor for several weeks with no response. Only was able to get a response finally after I went down to the office in person. Recently, I said, I would give it another chance because again they were recommended to me, I called several weeks ago asked for a call back to discuss doing an intake again and getting on the waitlist and again never heard back. I’ve been bringing my client to TLC for over a year, and the progress in her communication and emotional regulation has been incredible! Over 15 years ago, our daughter with severe autism began her journey with Jen Francis. After moving through dozens of providers due to a myriad of reasons (insurance, school funding, etc.), we realized what we were missing. We never again encountered the same level of care, technical capability, or professionalism we found with Jen.
