First off UCVH Colebrook NH is where the service was provided during an emergency visit. Nobody notified us that SNHR is who will be billed. For 6 months now I've been dealing with SNHR telling me "we can't bill your insurance without a claims address" which UCVH said is absolutely untrue. Yet again, another bill comes in saying no insurance on file. So I call, again, and told first it was an issue with my address and then she said it's a claims address being invalid. The billing department is a joke! The "Billing Questions" phone number is worthless, very difficult to speak to a rep, if you do manage get a hold of one, English will probably be their second language and they will "vet" you with so many questions that are all but impossible to understand till you give up and your question goes unanswered.
Zero stars is more appropriate. I never received a bill, phone call, or email from them, but I did get a notice of being put into collections for a date of service just over 30 days prior. Without a statement I finally figured out who put me into collections and called stating I'd like a statement of the charges so I know what I'm paying. They said they will stop the collections process which was illegal in the first place.
