This is the second time I go to Southern NH Radiology Consultants. I have had such a respectful and caring experience each time I have been. Thank you to the supportive team and for providing me with patient education, which I appreciated!
UPDATE A YEAR LATER: UCVH billing dept refuses to help at all. Now this bill has gone to collections SNHRC just kept saying they needed mainecare billing address despite the fact they billed mainecare for the imaging just NOT for the doctors. This is absolutely unethical. First off UCVH Colebrook NH is where the service was provided during an emergency visit. Nobody notified us that SNHR is who will be billed. For 6 months now I've been dealing with SNHR telling me "we can't bill your insurance without a claims address" whic... read more
I don't mind having mammograms done anymore since I've started coming to Southern New Hampshire Radiology Consultants. Everyone in the office is always very pleasant, from the front office staff to all the technicians. It's easy to make an appointment, I'm treated well at the appointment and never have to wait long, and I receive my results quickly.
I had twice gone for an early appointment and as I entered the parking lot was called and the appointment canceled due to staffing. I would never return as they only offer specific procedures on certain days and clearly don’t have reliable staff.
The most charitable reading of my experience (along with the reviews of others) suggests that this company has totally underinvested in ethical, functional billing practices.
