Last week I’d have given just 1 . SNHR needs to get a new billing/payment service. It was like getting blood from a rock trying to pay this invoice, because my ID # was alpha numerical, I couldn’t pay online. After 3 phone call attempts, and what I also believe that I was calling outside of USA, I kept being told that the system was down. I finally called SNHR. Katie went above and beyond to help me, and I was able to make the payment later in the day.
Dishonest, terrible billing practices. These folks wait almost a full year to send you a bill, surprise you with it, don't provide you with a due date, have a buggy website that you have to fight with to allow you to get in to the payment section, then send you to collections before you can deal with their nonsense to actually pay them. When you call them at 2 PM on a Tuesday, they will tell you "their system is currently updating and they cannot pull up your account right now" then hang up on you before you get a chance to ... read more

Delayed billing and delays in submissions of insurance claims . Causing a lot of inconvenience for clients.
I had my second mammogram, both done byJulie at Southern NH Radiology. She is the best! I also had an ultrasound done by Christine who was Great as well! I felt comfortable with both of them. THANK YOU!
