Worst facility w er 3 name changes. Still neglect and abuse residents verbally demeaning. Removing food while there eating. Not cleaning up residents who are unable after eating. Left in dirty clothes etc DO BETTER THATS THERE HOME
February 11, 2025 I just wanna say that Southern New Hampshire medical rehab center on Amherst Street in Nashua is real good. I went there when I first had my stroke and they helped me. I’m going there now again for eight weeks because I’m trying to get my right leg strengthenedand to get up and move and I kind of got lazy so they’re helping me get my strength back so I can walk better and I’ve gotta also be going there for OT for my right elbow and arm and hand to get that move because that doesn’t move. Danielle was extremely professional and personable; she cares about her patients and her job and I'd return in a heartbeat if I wasn't feeling better!
This facility is extremely unorganized and the employees are unprofessional. The PT Amanda will schedule appts for you and not tell you and then rudely penalize you in front of other clients when you don’t show to them... also I was less than 15 mins late 2 times (mainly bc I had to bring my baby all while having extreme back pain and they are unpredictable).
