RecommendedHello, I went in there Sunday morning with a heat attack. Everyone who worked on me when in the Cath was fabulous. Everyone who helped me during my stay went above and beyond to help. No one wants to be in the hospital, but so glad I went there. I would like to thank everyone whom I came in contact with, I just don’t know who they are all. I was in ICU and on the 4th floor. Thank you all And please be safe

This past Wednesday I had hernia surgery with Dr. Burke and his surgical team. From the time that I received the call the Thursday before saying we were on to the well check call I received the other day it was such a pleasant experience. I was very anxious and concerned about the Covid uptick being in the Hospital. The professionalism, kindness and care I received was beyond my expectations. Thank you Southern New Hampshire Medical Surgery!!
Between the sub par care I recieved by the GI doctor who ignored my multiple calls when I was having a horrible symptoms that eventually ended up with me back in the ER. To the horrible customer service in the billing department, including an "account supervisor " named Tammy speaking to me in a condescending and unprofessional way who also HUNG UP on me....my experience at SNHMC was anything but stellar, in fact it was deplorable. This place is a joke. Have a minor in pain did tests but told they are at a stand still and they moved everyone ahead of him after 3+ hours of waiting

Emergency room: we only evaluate for life threatening disease, go see your primary care for more in depth testing. Primary care: well the ER already evaluated you so you don’t need to come see us. I feel like no one listens to me.

I want this hospital to be better. It felt like a prison. They didn't even know what was wrong with me. They thought I was in there because I was crazy. They did nothing to help me out, and they billed my mom for the nothing that they did. Also, don't trust Betty. She threw away my food. And she needs to be fired.

I'm a patient here at the hospital and I'm having some pretty significant issues with my stay here. I have cellulitis and an abscess under the cellulitis. I am in a significant amount of pain and yesterday my doctor prescribed me Percocet and they are refusing to give it to me and refusing to give me anything more than toradol. I don't understand why when my pain level is at 8 or 9 consistently. I can't even use my arm 2 put clothes on and just fabric brushing up against it hurts tremendously.
