Jenna LaBrie from SNHIMA in Derry did a great job performing a pre-op physical for me yesterday. She evaluated my medical history as well as any pre-existing symptoms and took the time to do a thorough job explaining a potential minor concern that will need some follow-up. The facility was clean and the staff were all pleasant and professional. Easy check-in and check-out, referrals were made. I was early for my appointment and the evaluation began early and was complete in about 25 minutes. Well done!
