The billing is atrocious. We agreed to a payment plan of $250/month. The statement comes asking for the full balance; after a few months of paying $500 the statements start threatening collection. I call Florida and the first 2 people I talk to don't know their a$$ from their elbow and are zero help. Finally in April I thought I had paid the full amount and questioned why there was a balance.
