If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was seen in the Emergency room in April 2024 and referred here after my ER visit for a mass found in my sinus that became severely infected and turned into a facial abscess (very very painful), by the time I was seen here the issue had resolved it self and the doctor didn't have much to go on (no fault of theirs) January 2025 the mass had returned so I called the office for an emergency appointment and was seen same day. I went there for a hearing test thinking I would need hearing aides. I made the appointment over the phone and that experience could have been better. When I showed up for the appointment I was more than pleasantly surprised by how courteous and professional the front office was. I was treated by extremely well and had a tiny bit of wax in one ear. My hearing loss is age appropriate and the doctor did not recommend hearing aides. I have an appointment for next year.

Dr Willett is the best - saw him during my last visit. Been going to SNE-ENT for over 30 years. All the doctors and staff are very professional and friendly.
