The staff was rude and unprofessional especially the alargy department. She was extremely rude. They made me drive to the appointment to tell me that I could not be treated. No phone call, no follow-up. The PA was knowledgeable but she was late to my appointment by 45 min. I have full time job and this is not acceptable.

Excellent care and concern
I am an established patient here, and the moment I moved out of state, they refused to give me a simple referral so I could continue care with an ENT provider I chose. No explanation, no effort, just a flat “we don’t do that.” After several years as a patient, they couldn’t be bothered to help with the most basic part of transitioning care. It felt dismissive and lazy. If this is how they treat established patients the second they move, I wouldn’t count on them for anything beyond the bare minimum.
