🚨⚠️‼️A complete waste of time and money – unfortunately, I can only agree with the many negative reviews.‼️☣️🚨 I honestly regret not reading them beforehand. At first, everything sounded promising: I was told I could be seen promptly if I sent in my referral. So I did – only to get an appointment for the actual test 6 weeks later, and the follow-up consultation with the doctor was scheduled for another 6 MONTHS 🤯 after that. Seriously? Had a referral from doctor sent to this practice, waited 3 weeks for a triage just to be told the neurologists are at capacity. Unsure why they didn’t tell me this from the start, called to follow up couldn’t really give me a straight answer. Wouldn’t waste your time being referred to this clinic.
Awful waste of time. I had contacted Southern Neurology to check their capacity, they said they could see me and to go back to my GP to change referral name. I did this, they then had my referral noted "urgent" for weeks before sending me a text message to say they couldn't see me at all as they're fully booked. They have just wasted me almost 2 months under an urgent referral I now have to go back to the GP and start again.
I can't speak highly enough about my experience with this neurologist. From the very first appointment, they were attentive, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to listen to all my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Their knowledge and professionalism immediately put me at ease, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my treatment.
