Extremely disappointed. I’ve been searching locally for proper lymphatic drainage, but unfortunately the core principles weren’t followed here. In lymphatic massage, you activate the nodes first and then guide fluid toward them - but this treatment did the reverse (and barely at that). Key drainage points like the collarbone and groin were neglected, and the abdominal work was done anti-clockwise, opposite to natural flow (And was not pushed towards groin area - Not that groin was activated).
