I am very disappointed in our experience tonight with the staff at the Aledo Taco Bell. We are loyal customers and never expected to be treated this way. We come here about once a week and often times have one or two items missing, which is no big deal since it's typically a large order. Today we had around 8 items missing so we had to go back. Went in at 1:45 p.m. at the Judson Rd location stood at the counter for 5 minutes, was never acknowledged, got the attention of the line workers who then wanted me to take my own order, since I do not work for Taco Bell, I turned to leave at which pointthe employee commented or leave then that's fine!
