Would give 0 star if possible , their attitude is horrible over the phone. Asked for equipment rental 1 week before job began and didn't even bother looking just automatically said no and hung up.
Let me start by saying I was a service manager for 22 years for an equipment rental company. The attitude & disrespect I received from this companies Service Manager was unreal. I paid in full to rent an excavator and $300 for drop off & pick up. #1 he was 2 hours late on day of delivery #2 I thought we were on the same page as for as equipment size, NOPE!!!
