Find another dealership! I dropped my jeep off on 4/13 for a 4/14 appointment. My top needed replacing and this fell under warranty work. I was assured I would get a call back on 4/14 to let me know when I could pick up my car. I called everyday and nobody could tell me anything. On 4/16 I reached out to the insurance company who was also unable to get a response from the dealership.
