PAY HEED TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, and AVOID this place like the plague!! Truly Awful!!! I bought a car over a year ago from Southern Motors. The purchasing process was smooth and pleasant enough, however, I’ve had nothing but issues with them since. My car did wrack up a hefty bill at its service, only a few months after I purchased it, which I paid and got on with without saying anything. Avoid at all costs. Because believe me, there will be costs involved at some point. I've never had a worse buying experience than what I did with this company. Sold us a car for my wife and young kids that wasn't fit for purpose at all, it had to go back to them multiple times within the first 4 weeks for warranty repairs. Unsure if they even intended on properly repairing things at all. Courtesy car given "as a favour" the last time which had no handbrake on it whatsoever. Recently purchased a car for my wife. Great service. From paying a deposit for the one she wanted to collecting the vehicle in just two days. Car came with a new mot and service and a three month parts and labour warranty. It was immaculate inside and out. Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful customer service, very kind and supportive every step of the way when buying a new car after 10 years.
