Recently I had a need to have my lift chair serviced. The appointment scheduling was easy and the team very polite and helpful. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explained all that was needed and took care of the problem. The pricing was fair as well.

Thank you for my lift chair! Rehab from knee replacement would have been so much harder without the chair. When my newly purchased chair was caught up in transit ( ice storm) two days before my surgery, Hector sent a chair to my house that I could borrow until the new one arrived. Very accommodating!

Pleasantly surprised at the level of service and knowledge. Patience, too. No hurry up and pick something atmosphere. Recognized this is a very personal high ticket purchase. Very relaxed, answered every question we had about anything - reliability, manufacturer, weight of portable units. We bought my 91 year old Mom a lift chair last year. Mom could barely walk with a walker. The salesman was so kind and very patient, as she had to try a LOT of chairs to find one that fit her very short stature. We were very, VERY pleased with the assistance, the chair we purchased and the delivery. Could not have had a better experience!
