I've been living here for about 5 months and have no desire to move. The neighborhood is peaceful. The neighbors are kind. The space that tenants get is livible. I even have more cabinets than I need but am glad to have too much instead of not enough. The rent is also great. I'm saving 172 dollars for more space. This mobile home park is so peaceful that I almost don't want to leave. The lagoon smells sometimes but is beautiful to look at making another plus but that is personal preference.

Moved out 6/11/2022, paid off lease prior to turning in keys. Our lease ended on 08/01/2022. We still have not received our deposit back. Per Illinois law security deposit's should be returned within 30- 45 days. I wouldn't recommend considering the owner Mike will not refund your deposit regardless of how many times you call or email.
