Dr Hull is by far the worst ENT of many I’ve been to. He doesn’t listen, nor does he believe the pt’s self report. He hurt me to point tears literally popped out of my eyes. I had to repeatedly go back, being charged each of 3 or 4 times because he didn’t fix what I was there for, after assuring me that he could solve the problem on my first visit. There’s more I could report, and I should have filed a complaint with the state medical board, but to my lasting regret I did not.
Waiting for a referral from this office for nearly a month, “they’ll get to it in the order it was received.” Great, I get to wait a month after a 5 minute appointment because what I am experiencing is beyond their scope of expertise and I need to see an (actual) allergy specialist. My primary is waiting on that referral to get me the help I need and this office cannot spend 5 minutes to close out my appointment (sending the referral).
