I am extremely disappointed in this office. They require a credit card on file and will run it without your permission. First they just required the credit card to be on file which I didn't like, but I liked my therapist so I provided my information. On my last statement that I received a week ago, was a sticker that said if it's not paid by the 20th, they will just run the card. I never gave my permission for this. Called to check on services and the receptionist talked over me and then hung up before I could finish what I was saying, certainly wouldn't recommend clients to a mental health establishment that doesn't listen.
