DISHONEST and disrespectful. I hired them to inspect my pools and to give me a quote for repairs. They lied about the inspection, they never did it, and still charged me. I caught them in the lie with photo evidence. They also left my pool shed and equipment open to the elements after they left. They left my winterized pool cover OFF after they left. Buyer beware: we had an issue with our pool. when SMPP closed the pool they cut the liner and cost us a $550 repair. when I contacted them they denied it but could never say how the liner got cut. said it was a toenail that somehow cut the liner AFTER they put the cover on at closing. the cut is a half moon shape and 2' under the surface. had to be caused by dropping the cover tool into the water or by dragging the cover thru the water and hitting the side with the spring from the cover. I don't even have a pool, but my neighbors do. Southern Michigan Pool Pros were repairing something on my neighbors filter and my children were really interested in what the service guys were doing. The service guys were very kind and took time to explain what they were doing to my kids. My kids wanted the old broken part they took off and they graciously let them have it. My kids turned it into a "Car Wash". I really appreciate people service people like this and if highly recommend.
The best in the area, very knowledgeable, and will not try selling you anything you don’t need.
