It was kind of scary buying something of this value sight unseen. But once we reached out we were contacted by Chris and he answered all of our questions. We felt so much better about our purchase and paying the deposit. He kept us informed every step of the way, sent us more photos once it arrived in Canada, and we knew exactly when it was being delivered. It arrived as scheduled and was exactly what we expected. Worth the money.
My husband and I purchased a 2012 F250 box from Southern Metal recently. We had it shipped to our body shop in Erie PA. Amazing service!! They answered our call right away, had great pictures of the box on their website and we paid via credit card over the phone. When the box was being shipped they sent photos and gave a tracking #. 2 days later my box arrived as described. We manage a fleet of 16 landscaping trucks. We have purchased 7 truck boxes from Southern Metal in the past 17months! . If you are reading this and you want to get your rusty truck box fixed by a Bodyshop. Don’t do it!!!!!! Trust me it cost more money and the rust will come back. Before dealing with Chris we had many trucks get fixed and then 6 months later the rust comes back. Get a Southern Box period!
