This is a disgraceful place they have my brother's ashes for over a year I called them last year wanting to pay them and get his Ashes and they tell me they have disposed of them for me to find out a week ago they haven't,but now they won't return My call's or answer my email's

They have my dead father's ashes. Do they return my phone calls? NO. Do they answer my emails? NO. It's been weeks.
