We LOVE our family at Southern Med. We have seen them now for 4 years and have always had a positive experience. The physicians, nurses and front desk team are very attentive, caring, patient and treat us as family. They work hard to make not-so-fun visits with shots, high fevers, vomiting or broken bones a little less stressful. They have "after hours" hours that making getting in a breeze for this working momma-- SUCH a blessing particularly during sick season. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had the WORST medical experience with one of this company's practices, SouthernMed Pediatrics. Not only could I not get a decent appointment time and date for my son with this medical practice, they repeated failed to bill my insurance for services after I provided that information repeatedly - once was even by certified mail! To make matters worse, they refused to give me medical records due to the same bill - that they didn't file with the insurance. Not to mention I never go... read more
