This review has nothing to do with the drs that work at this clinic.. but it do refer to the two receptionists that worked today, may 11th 2022. Myself and a lady who is 70 plus with dementia were downtown this morning. On the way home she said she really needed to pee. So we went into shoppers and asked if she could use the washroom. The lady said yes, go up to the front desk and ask for a key. So I did and they couldn’t find it. Someone must of left it in the bathroom. By now my friend is in a panic. Dr Lane is the most compassionate and effective doctor Ive ever seen.
I love this Doctor and her receptionist but I find hard to get ahold of her since they have no voice mail anymore
Really hard to get her secretary on the phone. You will be calling for 15-20 mimutes before she might consider answering the phone. Easier to hit one and ask the other girl if she is actually there then she usually answers. If not you will hear what sounds like a answering machine ,but it dont take messages or so im told.
